Perceived.
Evidence is a worthwhile story.
Essence cues in to become a reality.
What purpose would it serve if the obvious evidence is eluded?
Racing beats of spirit-free urges, shuns a blossoming smile.
Could there be more to delve into or would it be wise enough to lie beside a falling fountain and swallow a thought that follows another? Comprehension is yet a story, incomplete. Hope never dies though.

Another kind of hope too might exist, to see the thorns and walk right in. Not heeding to the dangers all wrong. When to hope and when to know and how to hear over the heady din and when to know there is no din at all but just no listening.
