Live life and love living ...
If beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder ..
could success lie in those eyes as well ??
I wish !!

There are always two roads to choose from !
One can never expect to sail from one shore to the other without any change in the winds. To be prepared for the worst often lessens the joy of the journey. Just like how one can never know what to get out of a new rented house, life is full of surprises. One may have umpteen numbers of windows, but would all the holes in the wall ventilate one’s house and make it a home? It leads to a thought of minute expectancy. It is an age old practice to expect nothing while you travel the road as two. Somehow familiarity fits one like a shirt and a sense of onus becomes profound. In time one tends to set boundaries for oneself and decisions tend to rest upon a strange factor adhering to resilience.
As life trots down the path of age, one tends to stop thinking from the only point of vision. One’s own! Everything goes a full circle. True to have been said- What goes around comes around. This seems to be the only source of expression. “NO MOTIVATION TO COMMUNICATE FURTHER,” is a continuous thought that happens to be singing a popular tune in the head. But that’s how it’s always been. Intentions and completions are seldom the same.
On further thought it is quite true – INTENTIONS AND COMPLETIONS ARE SELDOM THE SAME.
There is hope, always, that every new chapter in one’s story would be refreshing with no duplications of previous chapters, but isn’t that the puzzle of one’s story.

It is so easy isn't it, to not think with your point of view, but to apply all the dyeing categories and external choices to ones decisions. It is useful of course, but right up their in the 'root cause of much evil' list. After all, what better to believe in if not history, even some of the clouded non existent ones.
ReplyDeleteI wonder though if the puzzle can be solved by settling. The eternal problem of local search versus global search is seen quite clearly in the field of optimization. If you settle, global forces get you, if you concentrate on the global topology then the local bumps might break your back. Its a dance. Its salsa. Tomatoes and garlic all the way down.
An adaptation from a movie, I quite forget the name of which :P.
A kid monk: Dont try to bend the journey your way, that is impossible. Instead, try to realize the truth.
The chosen one in turmoil: What truth?
A kid monk: There is no journey. Then you will realize that it is not the journey that moves, but you.
I think, thinking about thinking does not help as much as thinking about thinking. I know what I said :).
I understand exactly what you said..Thinking about thinking has that effect on all of us. The beauty of all this is the JOURNEY.
ReplyDeleteUntil my next ...
